My working attitude as an Interim Manager

It is very important for me to get a grip on the job as fast as possible. By using brief, efficient meetings I get a good idea about the procedures and processes as they are layed out in the company. If available I also like to use org-sheets and process descriptions.

Once I have a good understanding about how things work - or don´t - I will immediately start to support wherever I can. Where things are not working I will try to understand the reasons behind and come up with possible solutions. These I will then propose to the management and if agreed, immediately introduce to my team to be implemented.
If I - depending on the assignment - will interact with your suppliers or customers, I will present myself as working for your company and of course will defend your interest with a cooperative and pragmatic approach, by loyal to you by all means.
